Job Purpose: oversee the day-to-day operations of our client executive office and provide direct support to the Chairman. This role requires exceptional organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to manage sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality.

 CORE JOB DUTIES

  • Act as the primary point of contact and liaison between the Chairman and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Manage the Chairman’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  •  Lead and supervise administrative staff supporting the Chairman and executive office.
  • Prepare, review, and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
  • Manage confidential and sensitive documents with integrity and discretion.
  • Coordinate executive meetings, board meetings, and corporate events as required.
  • Ensure that the Chairman’s directives and priorities are communicated and followed up with appropriate stakeholders.
