Total Reward Analyst

In this position, you will: 

  • Be involved in managing end to end payroll processes and payroll activities such as collecting payroll data, payroll processing, audit, statutory BPJS contributions e.g., BPJS, payroll journal reports across Indonesia facilities.
  • Total Rewards administration, invoice processing, insurance renewal management.
  • Working with benefit and payroll software vendor to resolve any issue escalation.
  • Conduct communication on Total Rewards Initiatives with management and internal stakeholders and employee socialization sessions as appropriate.
  • To review, propose and implement enhancement on processes for increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Contribute independently on daily work and execution of Total Rewards Strategy and Total Health initiatives and participate in Total Rewards projects as needed.

The successful candidate must have: 

  • Basic proficiency in English is required.
  • Advance excel skills including Macros and power automate.
  • Possess at least recognized university degree.
  •  Experience in managing end to end payroll process in house with large headcount and a good understanding of payroll and tax regulations in Indonesia will be an added advantage.
  • Compensation and benefits experience will be helpful.
  • Ability to grasp complex concept with strong analytical and numerical competency.
  • Resourceful, take initiative and “can-do attitude”

  • Experience in using payroll system and Workday Human Capital management system will be an added advantage.
  • Stakeholders’ engagement, communication skills, compensation and benefits as well as tax experience.
