Brand Manager
Job Overview:
- Develop brand strategy
- Manage products by creating new ones or improving existing products
- Execute marketing campaigns
- Conduct market and consumer research to identify trends and translate them into business strategies
- Collaborate across functions
- Act as project leader in new product development processes
- Develop and train the team
Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience as a Brand Manager
- Experience in an FMCG company
- Has handled a homecare product category for at least 2 years
- Comprehensive understanding of brand activities from start to finish
- Capable of selecting suitable agencies and guiding them based on company needs
- Able to execute effective brand strategies
- Strong analytical thinking skills, able to translate trends into strategies or new products
- Proficient in analyzing campaign performance data, sales, and other KPIs to support business decisions
