Head of Marketing (Riyadh, KSA)

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

  • Brand and Market Positioning: Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with business objectives and reinforce brand identity. Position the brand to effectively compete and gain market share in target segments.
  • Lead Generation and Campaign Management: Independently manage lead generation initiatives and execute marketing campaigns across digital, content, and offline channels to drive customer acquisition and engagement.
  • Content Strategy and Development: Oversee the creation of high-quality, engaging content that resonates with target audiences and strengthens brand awareness. This includes social media, blogs, email marketing, and other channels.
  • Market Research and Customer Insights: Conduct market analysis to understand customer needs, preferences, and trends. Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve marketing performance.
  • Digital Marketing and Analytics: Plan and execute digital marketing efforts, including SEO/SEM, social media, and PPC. Track and analyze metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness and optimize ROI.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product development, and customer success teams to ensure cohesive branding and customer messaging across all touchpoints.
  • Public Relations and Networking: Establish and maintain relationships with local industry associations and media outlets to enhance brand credibility and visibility in the region.
  • Budget Management: Oversee marketing budget allocation to ensure efficient resource use and maximum impact.
  • Reporting and Performance Evaluation: Regularly report on marketing performance, market trends, and competitive intelligence to senior management. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to drive growth.

Job Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Languages: Fluent in English (spoken and written); proficiency in Arabic is preferred.
  • Experience: Previous experience working for a Chinese company’s overseas branch is an advantage. Experience in digital marketing, branding, and campaign management is essential.

  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis, performance metrics, and market research. Ability to use insights to shape marketing tactics.
