Our client seeks a skilled Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to enhance customer growth. Role Summary:

As the Chief Marketing Officer, you will report directly to the CEO and be tasked with developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy designed to acquire, engage, and retain clients on a global scale. Your primary focus will be on sales enablement and lead generation initiatives to onboard new clients and drive sustainable revenue growth.

This role is ideal for an experienced marketing professional who values a structured approach while also enjoying the dynamism of a growing organization.

Key Responsibilities:

– Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with the company’s growth objectives, focusing on lead generation across various channels, product marketing, sales enablement, customer acquisition, and strategic partnerships.

– Build and optimize a high-performing lead generation system, ensuring high-quality leads are captured and effectively nurtured through the conversion process, while collaborating with sales teams to analyze performance and refine tactics.

– Oversee the organization’s brand reputation and communication strategy, including public relations and external communications.

– Take full ownership of all key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer acquisition and retention efforts.

– Conduct regular market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for enhancing value and staying competitive in the financial services landscape.

Requirements:

– Significant marketing leadership experience, preferably in the financial services sector.

– Proven track record of successfully executing lead generation campaigns in a structured environment.

– Ability to strategize effectively while also being highly engaged in the execution of marketing initiatives.

– Strong numerical and analytical skills to assess the impact of marketing activities and drive continuous improvement.

– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
