Our client, a leader in the luxury hospitality industry, is seeking an accomplished Project Manager to lead the development of a luxury resort in Nusa Penida. This role requires a dynamic professional with a strong track record in managing complex projects from planning to execution, particularly in the niche luxury sector.

The Project Manager will take full ownership of the project lifecycle, ensuring that all phases, from initial planning through to completion are executed with precision, quality, and adherence to budget. This includes coordinating with high-profile stakeholders, such as architects and shareholders, to align the project with the vision for a world-class resort experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all project phases: planning and execution.
• Maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Update stakeholders on progress and risks.
• Manage budgets and prepare financial reports.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate with vendors and ensure contract compliance.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Requirements:

• Able to work with a high profile team of shareholders, architects etc
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Experience in construction is desired
• Understanding the local (Indonesia) and the European culture is an advantage.
