Role Overview
The Psychologist is responsible for providing psychological assessments, counseling, and preventive programs to support employee mental health and workplace adjustment. This role ensures that all mental health initiatives align with professional standards and comply with applicable Indonesian regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct psychological assessments and provide individual and organizational counseling.
• Develop and implement mental health procedures, training, and preventive programs.
• Provide confidential personal counseling to support employee well-being and productivity.
• Collaborate with medical and relevant internal teams on follow-up, monitoring, and recovery programs.
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of mental health initiatives.
• Maintain compliance with ethical and professional standards in all psychological services.
• Lead or support research projects to strengthen workplace mental health practices.
• Perform additional duties related to employee well-being as needed.

Qualifications & Skills

• Master’s Degree in Psychology with valid psychologist certification/license (preferably Adult Clinical Psychology).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in psychological assessment and counseling within clinical or organizational settings.
• Proficient in therapeutic and counseling techniques (knowledge of
• CBT, NLP, Timeline Therapy, or ESAC is an advantage).
• Strong understanding of clinical psychology, diagnostic criteria (DSM-5), and evidence-based interventions.
• Knowledge of workplace mental health, stress management, burnout, and their impact on employee performance.
• Strong Mandarin and English communication skills to support job-related communication and assessments.
• Familiarity with Indonesian mental health regulations, workplace well-being practices, and occupational health policies.
