 Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the full lifecycle delivery of corridor infrastructure works, covering bulk earthworks, access road development, civil works, surveying activities, and tunneling interfaces where applicable.
• The role is responsible for driving execution from early-stage development through detailed engineering, contractor mobilization, and on-site construction, ensuring works are delivered safely, are constructible, and meet cost and schedule expectations through strong leadership, effective contractor/consultant coordination, and disciplined field management.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (or related discipline with strong civil/geotechnical background).
• Proven experience in corridor or linear infrastructure projects involving earthworks, civil works, surveying, and multi-phase delivery (design to construction).
• Experience participating in contractor and consultant selection and managing contractors during execution phases.
• Exposure to tunneling works is an advantage where applicable to corridor scope.
• Prior experience working in Indonesia with familiarity in local terrain conditions is preferred.
• Strong technical understanding of bulk earthworks, access road construction, surveying systems, and geotechnical/corridor risks.
• Knowledge of corridor execution challenges including terrain, access constraints, interfaces, and construction methodologies.
• Experience in managing design-to-construction transition and ensuring readiness for field execution.
• Strong leadership ability with experience coordinating multiple teams and stakeholders under pressure.
• Strong field coordination, communication, and problem-solving capability in complex construction environments.
